Imperial Homes of Naples LLC, one of Southwest Florida’s most experienced and universally respected luxury home builders, is proud to announce its model in Peninsula Treviso Bay was honored with a Sand Dollar Award, sponsored by the Collier Building Industry Association.

“Our Domenica II model took home the Sand Dollar Award for the category ‘Product Design of the Year’ for a Single Family Home priced between $2,500,001 to $3,000,000,” stated Curtis Gunther, Owner and General Contractor of Imperial Homes of Naples. “The award is a confirmation of what visitors have been telling us for months. They simply love the openness of this model, both inside and out. It truly represents the pinnacle of the Florida lifestyle.”

The Domenica II is a two-story, four-bedroom plus den plus bonus room/four full-bath/two half-bath home with 4,157 square feet under air and 6,329 total square feet, including its side-entry three-car garage and lanais. Situated on a prime homesite, the Domenica II offers a lake view with the 8th fairway of Treviso Bay’s TPC championship golf course just beyond. The Domenica II sold within two days of being furnished but is available to tour through a lease-back agreement.

According to Jim Berk, the community’s Director of Sales, the single-family enclave originally had 55 homesites to sell at launch. Today, only two remain.

In addition to their beautiful homes and incredible views, residents of Peninsula Treviso Bay enjoy the outstanding amenities available at the prestigious country club community. Surrounding the Peninsula is the Arthur Hills designed, 18-hole championship golf course, part of the PGA TOUR’s acclaimed TPC Network of Clubs. The inspiring 7,367-yard, TOUR-caliber golf course is situated on 188 acres with several holes adjacent to the 110,000-acre Rookery Bay National Estuarine Reserve.

The enclave of the Peninsula also overlooks the magnificent 76,000-square-foot Mediterranean-inspired clubhouse, just beyond the picturesque lake. The elegant grand dining room of the TPC Golf Club provides privacy for large venues and there are several other spaces for special meetings. Outdoor veranda seating presents a full view of the 9th and 18th fairways and greens. Other amenities surrounding the clubhouse area include 8 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, as well as beach volleyball, pickleball, and bocce courts.
