About Jodi Hanson

A sales associate with the Bonita Springs office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Jodi Hanson is a 14-year veteran of the local real estate market. She began her career working for a local commercial development company in finance and investor relations. Eventually, the success of her personal investments inspired Jodi to become a licensed real estate professional.

Passionate about helping buyers find homes that they connect with emotionally, Jodi is able to draw upon her own investment experience to advise them on which properties have the most potential for financial gain. She utilizes the same concept with her sellers, helping them make the best decisions financially and design-wise to their home prior to listing, in order to bring them the best buyer and highest price for their property. Developing trust and long-term relationships with her buyers and sellers, Jodi has been able to build a successful business on satisfied, repeat customers.

Jodi is very knowledgeable about new construction, design, and material sourcing. This valuable quality is priceless when working with customers seeking a renovation-worthy investment or wanting to ensure that new construction is a quality build. Detail-oriented by nature, Jodi is hyper-focused on the details in a property that most people don't always notice or see. A member of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association, Jodi prides herself on truly engaging her customers, making them feel comfortable as she guides them through the process with ease.

Previously, Jodi was an Air Force aircrew veteran who was awarded multiple combat medals. Originally from Pittsburgh, she graduated from Franklin University in Ohio with degrees in business administration and finance. Moving to Florida to set down roots, Jodi met her husband in Fort Myers, where they established several businesses and are raising their four children. As the parents of a 28-week preemie who defied the odds, Jodi and her husband are very involved with Golisano Children's Hospital. An artist and creative at heart, she has a deep passion for interior design, architecture, tropical landscaping, and collecting exotic and rare plants. In her time away from the office, Jodi enjoys spending time with her family on their boat, visiting the area's many local islands and marinas.
